Vienna, 21 October 2026 – With the GoldenBridge Vienna Apartments, a new premium apartment house has opened its doors in Vienna’s Servitenviertel. Since October 2026, 15 fully furnished, exclusive serviced apartments for up to eight guests each have been available at two addresses in the 9th district, Alserbachstraße 24 and Stroheckgasse 5 – from compact city apartments to a 100 m² penthouse with its own rooftop sauna and 360° views over Vienna. Check-in is available around the clock via QR code, and bookings are made directly through the website, for a single night or for several months.
Nº 1 TO Nº 5 AND 15 POSSIBILITIES
The 15 apartments are divided into five types, Nº 1 to Nº 5, each with its own character and individual floor plan. Stroheckgasse 5 is home to Nº 1, around 50 m² with one bedroom and a private garden, and Nº 2, around 60 m² with two bedrooms. Alserbachstraße 24 houses Nº 3, around 45 m² with one bedroom, and Nº 4, around 70 m² with two bedrooms. The crowning finale is Nº 5: the top-floor penthouse of around 100 m² with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, where the lift opens directly into the apartment – complete with a 60 m² roof terrace featuring a private outdoor sauna, lounge furniture and 360° views over Vienna. All apartments have a balcony or terrace facing the quiet inner courtyard, 180 cm wide double beds and a sofa bed in the living area. Depending on the type, they accommodate up to four, six or eight guests, with baby cots available on request – in total, the apartments offer space for up to 78 guests. Bookings are made directly via the website: one night, two weeks or three months.
DESIGN DOWN TO THE LAST DETAIL
Built in the 1890s, both buildings have been completely renovated with Austrian craftsmanship and high-quality materials, and extended by three storeys, roof terraces and balconies – with tangible respect for the existing structure: the historic portal has been preserved and now opens via an automatic sliding glass door. The architecture and interior concept are by Vienna-based planraum zt GmbH, and it shows in every room. Bespoke joinery meets curated design pieces, giving each apartment its own character. At its heart is the open joinery kitchen, which merges with the shared dining table and the sofa into a single living space – made for long breakfasts and evenings when you simply don’t want to go out anymore. A carefully considered lighting concept shows materials and spaces in the perfect light, while external textile screens ensure privacy on the balcony and terrace at all times.
Each of the 15 apartments comes “ready to move in”: fully furnished and including tableware, with full air conditioning, automatic sun-shading control, high-speed Wi-Fi, a safe and a JBL soundbar. The kitchens are fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge and Nespresso machine. Flat-screen TVs are installed in the living room and bedroom, blackout curtains ensure restful nights, and every bedroom has a small desk with a work lamp. In the high-quality bathrooms with rain showers, toiletries by Saint Charles await: shower gel, shampoo and hand soap rooted in Viennese apothecary tradition. Balconies and terraces are furnished with outdoor and lounge furniture. In Stroheckgasse, every apartment has its own washing machine; in Alserbachstraße, two washing machines and a tumble dryer are available for shared use. Heating and cooling are provided by an environmentally friendly heat pump system.
THE HOME BASE
The stay begins even before arrival: a personal QR code replaces the reception desk – door open, bags down, and Vienna can begin – around the clock, whether at midday or after the last train from Bratislava. In the lobby, guests are welcomed by soft lighting, lounge music and Brazilian natural stone underfoot, along with a curated selection of Viennese delicacies and Prosecco, always within reach. GoldenBridge is therefore less a place to spend the night than a starting point for living in Vienna like a home and experiencing it like a journey.
The two Gründerzeit-era buildings don’t hide their history – they celebrate it: the historic acanthus leaf on the façade, a symbol of elegance, strength and renewal, runs as a recurring motif throughout the entire residence. The name says it all: “Building a bridge” is the motto behind the brand – between two buildings, between old and new, between guest and city.
A STAY THAT STAYS WITH YOU
The morning begins with coffee on your own balcony, before a stroll through the lanes of the Servitenviertel to the market. A detour to the Freud Museum or a loop through the Augarten, later a walk along the Danube Canal with a stop at the Badeschiff. And as the city slowly sinks into the evening light, there’s a glass of Prosecco from the lobby – in the penthouse, even in the sauna lounge above the rooftops – before the evening continues at Strandbar Hermann or the Flex. This is exactly the kind of stay GoldenBridge was built for. Anything beyond that can be added on: yoga with certified yoga teacher Andrea directly in the apartment or on the roof terrace, individually, in pairs or in groups, as well as massages, breakfast in the room and a laundry service. Those who prefer to work out on their own receive an exclusive guest day pass for evofitness at Franz-Josefs-Bahnhof, just a few minutes’ walk away and open daily from 6 am to 11 pm; personal training can also be arranged on request. A reserved parking space with an EV charging station awaits in the Francis garage just 120 metres away, unlocked via QR code. At GoldenBridge, almost anything is possible – you just have to ask.
SERVICE AROUND THE CLOCK
Behind the digital arrival stands a personal team: GoldenBridge can be reached by phone around the clock for questions and assistance. Apartments are cleaned after every stay, and daily on request. Electricity, heating and cooling, water, Wi-Fi and TV are included in the price; there are no hidden extra costs. On the ground floor next to the lobby, luggage lockers with combination locks are available, so the first and last day in Vienna don’t revolve around suitcases. The lobby itself, with its designer furniture, invites guests to linger, work and settle in, while a Vending Brothers machine offers chilled drinks, Prosecco, wine, snacks and delicacies, with digital payment. A camera system in the common areas ensures security.
IN THE HEART OF THE SERVITENVIERTEL
Right on the doorstep lies the Servitenviertel, one of Vienna’s most charming neighbourhoods: the scent of coffee on Porzellangasse, international restaurants, antique shops and outdoor dining around Servitenplatz, plus the Sigmund Freud Museum, the Liechtenstein Garden Palace and the Schauspielhaus Wien within walking distance. The Augarten and the Danube Canal are just a short stroll away, the U4 and U6 underground lines and several tram lines reach the city centre in a matter of minutes, and cyclists can head straight onto Vienna’s main cycle network.
