Global law firm Freshfields has advised Schön Klinik SE on the successful increase and restructuring of the terms of its existing Term Loan B to €935m. The proceeds from the increase will be used to refinance existing financial liabilities. As part of the transaction, the margin on the Term Loan B was also reduced.

Global law firm Freshfields has advised DTCP DEFENCE, the €500m defence and resilience technology fund managed by Digital Transformation Capital Partners (DTCP) on its lead investment in the seed financing round for Six Robotics, a Norwegian defence technology company developing autonomous coordination software for unmanned systems. The financing is intended to support continued product development, deployment capacity and international commercialisation across Europe and NATO-allied markets.

Global law firm Freshfields has advised a syndicate of leading financial institutions on the €300m issuance of green bonds by CA Immobilien Anlagen Aktiengesellschaft. The group of banks includes Crédit Agricole CIB, Deutsche Bank, Erste Group and UniCredit  as Joint Lead Managers. The fixed rate, senior unsecured green bonds, carrying a coupon of 3.500% per annum and a three-year tenor, were priced on 24 June 2026, with an issue date of 7 July 2026.
